This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents, in considering the petitioner's representation, dated 13-08-2015, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider her representation.

After arguing the case, Mr.Ravi Kumar Vadlakonda, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail the common law remedy of a civil suit for claiming the land admeasuring Ac.0-06 guntas in Survey No.247 of Boduppal Village, over which she is asserting her title. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.47826 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
