Petitioners challenge notification dated 21.02.2008 issued under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (the Act).

Both the learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition would submit that this Court, by order in W.P.No.27187 of 2008 dated 27.02.2017, quashed the very same notification dated 21.02.2008 issued under Section 4(1) of the Act as declaration under Section 6 of the Act was not made. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of, and in accordance with, the order of this Court in W.P.No.27187 of 2008 dated 27.02.2017.
