Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that charge sheet was taken cognizance by the learned Special Judicial Second Class Magistrate, Proddatur in STC.No.14 of 2014 and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
