This criminal petition is filed under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C., seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent / A.1 in Crl.M.P.No.3111/2017 in C.C.No.3586 of 2013 dated 16.08.2017 on the file of the Court of the XV Additional Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy district, Kukatpally at Miyapur. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file similar application before the concerned Court. Permission is accorded.

Granting the liberty as sought for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
