Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (T).

With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ declaring the inaction of the fourth respondent in effecting mutation of the property purchased by the petitioner admeasuring Ac.04.09 guntas situated in Survey No.32 of Choutuparti Village, Parkal Mandal, Warangal District, on her name, though application was made vide No.MU021600706376, and the representation on 06.12.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted her representation for mutation of the property in question long back, till date, no orders are passed on the said representation.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said representation is still pending, the respondentauthorities may be directed to consider the same and pass orders, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the representation dated 06.12.2017, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
