THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI CONTEMPT CASE No.2136 of 2022 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed seeking punishment to the respondents under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Court Act, for violation and wilful disobedience in implementing the orders of this Court dated 24.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.33506 of 2022 and to pass such other order or orders.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I has filed a copy of the order dated 30.11.2022 along with endorsement of the petitioner who received the same on 03.01.2023. 3.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 30.11.2022, if he so pleases. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
