Lanka Raju, v. The Apsrtc, Rep. By Vice-Chairman And Managing Director,
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.4865 of 2014 ORDER:
Smt.D.Hemalatha, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.Nageswara Rao, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, requests that the matter be taken up next week. The Writ Petition is listed today under the caption "for dismissal" only because there was no representation, on behalf of the petitioner, on 21.10.2016. As the matter has been listed under the caption "for dismissal" today, I see no reason to accede to the request for adjournment. When Smt.D. Hemalatha, Learned Counsel, was asked whether she was ready to put forth her submissions on behalf of the petitioner, Learned Counsel expresses her disinclination to do so. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________________ RAMESH RANGANATHAN, ACJ.
Date:28.10.2016.
