Smt.D.Hemalatha, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.Nageswara Rao, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, requests that the matter be taken up next week. The Writ Petition is listed today under the caption "for dismissal" only because there was no representation, on behalf of the petitioner, on 21.10.2016. As the matter has been listed under the caption "for dismissal" today, I see no reason to accede to the request for adjournment. When Smt.D.
