Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey of the petitioners lands situated at Laxmipuram Revenue Village in Sy No.47/A, admeasuring Ac.1.25 cents, 47/AA admeasuring Ac.0.62 cents situated at Laxmipuram Revenue Village, Yettapaka Mandal, East Godavari District in pursuance of the representations vide acknowledgement dated 21.09.2016 & 22.09.2016 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the survey of the petitioners lands."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners made F-line application by paying requisite fee, till date no survey has been conducted.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the said application is still pending consideration and no endorsement is made till date. 5.
Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, to consider the F-line application made by the petitioners seeking survey of the lands in Sy.No.47/A, admeasuring Ac.1.25 cents, and Sy.No.47/AA admeasuring Ac.0.62 cents situated at Laxmipuram Revenue Village, Yetapaka Mandal, East Godavari District, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of eight (08) to twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided the petitioners furnish the relevant documents and no endorsement is made till date.
