Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for 4th respondent. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner applied for survey and demarcation of the lands claimed by it, that the Mandal Surveyor attempted to survey in March, 2013, but some unknown people obstructed the survey and therefore he could not complete it. 3.
Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner would apply again for survey and demarcation to the 3rd respondent by paying requisite fee and that the 3rd respondent be directed to cause survey and demarcate the land claimed by it, if required with the help of 4th respondent.

This proposal of the petitioner is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Revue and learned Government Pleader for Home.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make application to the 3rd respondent for conduct of survey and demarcation of the land claimed by it by paying appropriate fee; thereafter the 3rd respondent shall cause a survey to be done after issuing notice to all the effected parties within two (02)
MSR,J W.P.No.11996 of 2017 months from the date of making of application by the petitioner, if necessary by taking the help of the 4th respondent. No costs. 6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
