HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 44038 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Aravara Rama Rao, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Pleader for Transport appearing for respondent No. 4. Petitioner was employed as Conductor in APSRTC. He was accused of an offence and CC No. 711 of 2014 was registered against him before II Town Police Station, Madanapalle, Chittor District. Simultaneously the disciplinary proceedings were also initiated and the petitioner was removed from service by proceedings dated 09.10.2012. The petitioner, however, was acquitted on 28.09.2016. The petitioner, therefore, is seeking reinstatement into service on the basis of the judgment in CC No. 711 of 2014. The petitioner has already given a representation dated 22.10.

2016 to second respondent and seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider the said representation. Sri Aravara Rama Rao, learned counsel appearing for second respondent submits that the second respondent will consider the representation dated 22.10.2016 within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.22.10.2016 within six weeks and communicate his decision to petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
