Munnam Shashi Kumar, v. The Stat Of Telangana, Rep.By Its Principal Secretary For
HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.43103 of 2016 Order:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to his office through the respondents 4 and 5 on the instigation of 6th respondent and pressurizing the petitioner to execute conveyance deed to forgo vested right in the properties derived through valid gift settlement deed executed by the parents of the petitioner and the 6th respondent.
After taking time for getting instructions, learned Government Pleader for Home produced before this Court the written instructions, which states as follows.
"It is submitted that, the 5th respondent police are not interfering in civil disputes as alleged by the petitioner, much less between the petitioner and the 6th respondent herein. The 6th respondent has not approached Kamareddy Town police Station or lodged any complaint against the petitioner herein. The 3rd respondent also not called the petitioner to his office through this respondent. The allegation to the contrary is not correct and hence denied. It is not correct to state that the respondent police are pressurizing the petitioner to execute conveyance deed in favour of the 6th respondent herein. It is submitted that the petitioner herein instead of settling his civil disputes with the 6th respondent before the concerned Court, filed present Writ Petition making false and baseless allegations against the police, thereby unnecessarily dragging the police into civil disputes. It is submitted that, as stated above, Kamareddy Town police are not interfering with the civil disputes pertaining to the petitioner herein."
In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
