HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:19525 OF 2017 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the residential old house of the petitioner bearing H.No.1-44/2 situated at Vutkur, Kamepalli, Karepalli Mandal, Khammam, for the purpose of road widening, without following the due process of law and without acquiring the land.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are trying to demolish the above house for the purpose of road widening, without following the due process of law.

3. Heard and perused the material available on record.

4. Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The respondents are directed to follow the due process of law, if they intend to acquire the property of the petitioner for the purpose of road widening."
