Sri N.Naveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that he is informed by the concerned police through the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner/ accused, who is in the police custody, would be produced today at 5.00 p.m before the Court concerned and, therefore, he would request to dispose of the present petition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of the respondent concedes to the same. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for both sides, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the present petition, stand closed.
