Heard Smt. K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2; Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned counsel for the third respondent, and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (Telangana). When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted representations on 02.04.2017 to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 but no action has been taken so far. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for HMDA and learned counsel for Nizampet Gram Panchayat that appropriate action would be taken on the representations dated 02.04.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the representations dated 02.04.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stake-holders.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
