THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29802 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus challenging the action of respondents in not releasing the Auto bearing registration No.AP36X 8410 pending disposal of the confiscation proceedings before the competent authority. This Court by order dated 30.11.2010 granted interim direction to release the said Auto pending confiscation proceedings. However, the confiscation proceedings have to be finalized by respondent No.2. The release of Auto by virtue of the order of this Court dated 30.11.2010 would be subject to the orders passed by respondent No.2 in the confiscation proceedings. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
