ORDER
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A2 and A3 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.290 of 2016 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhimadole, West Godavari District, registered for the offence under Section 498-A IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against them.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A2 and A3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

It is alleged in the charge sheet that the marriage of second respondent was performed with A1 on 02.12.2015 at Duddukuru Village and from the date of marriage, A1 suspected her fidelity and used to harass her by demanding additional dowry at the instigation of other accused and he had illicit intimacy with a nurse. Based on the complaint, the aforesaid case was registered against the accused.
4. Learned counsel for petitioners argued that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the nature of offence, this Court is satisfied that the presence of petitioners/A2 and A3 can be dispensed with.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of dispensing with the personal appearance of petitioners/A2 and A3 in C.C.No.290 of 2016 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhimadole, West Godavari District, However, they shall appear before the trial Court as and when directed by the trial Court.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
