Petitioners claim that they are working as Field workers on daily wage basis, since 1988 and are entitled to regularize their services in accordance with scheme of regularization formulated in G.O.Ms.No.212 dated 22.04.1994.

Requesting to regularize their services petitioners submitted individual representations dated 14.12.2016. Alleging inaction on the said claim of petitioners, this writ petition is filed. 4.

Since individual claims were made on 14.12.2016 this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending.

At this stage, it would suffice if the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, and communicate the same to the petitioners. A decision to this effect shall be made within a period of two (2) months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be o order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
