THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRL.P.NO.8 0 6 2 OF 2 0 1 7 ORDER:- This petition is filed by the petitioners/ A-1 and A-2 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.44 of 2017 on the file of the I Town Police Station, Narasaraopet, Guntur District registered for the offence under Section.420 read with 34 IPC. Having regard to the prima facie accusations, it is not apt to stifle the investigation. Therefore, investigation shall lead to logical conclusion. However, having regard to the fact that it is a family dispute between the complainant and accused in respect of the family properties, the Investigating Officer shall strictly follow the guidelines rendered in Ar n esh Ku m ar vs. St at e of Bih ar 1 and the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.

during the course of investigation towards the petitioners/ A-1 and 2. The petitioners/ A-1 and A-2 in their turn shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
