(Respondents in-do-) Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in the criminal petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court while granting bail to the petitioners in Crl P No. 9197 of 2018 dated 0710912018 wherein it is ordered that the petitioners shall report before the Station House Officer concerned on every Monday and Wednesday till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter once in a month on 1st Monday till completion of trial/enquiry between 05.00 and 06.00 PM and pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. Pending disposal of CRLP No. 9197 of 2018, on the file of the High Court. CRLP.No. 9197 of 2018 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in the criminal petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/Accused No.2 and 3 in the event of their arrest in connection with the Cr.No.60/2018 of PS. CCS, DD, E Division, Hyderabad, pending enqurry and trial in the interest of Justice. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 07-09-2019 made in CrlP.No.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the condition that petitio ne rsi acc used Nos.2 and 3 shall report before the Station House Officer concerned on every Monday and Wednesday till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter once in a month on 1"t Monday till completion of trial/enquiry between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, imposed by this Court vide order, dated 07.09.2018, in Crl.P.No.9'197 ol 2018 is hereby relaxed.
Accordingly, the application is allowed.
