Smt B. Rachana, learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh petition before the trial Court renewing the same relief on the same cause of action.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to move an application afresh before the trial Court for the same relief on the same cause of action.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
