The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 & 4 for harassing the petitioner by calling to the police station putting in wrongfully confinement for weeks together in connection with women missing F.I.R. No 169/ 2013 dated 14 10 2013 of Dammapeta Police Station of Kammam District as illegal and arbitrary, consequently direct the respondents 3 & 4 not to harass the petitioner by calling the petitioner to police station without following any due process of law and pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that the writ petition has become infructuous since the missing woman was traced and she reached her house.

Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
