This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents Nos.2 and 3 not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioners and with any of the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent No.4. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioners is that there are civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent No.4 in connection with properties and that at the instance of respondent No.4, respondents Nos.2 to 3 are interfering with the affairs of the petitioners and with the civil disputes.

Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioners more particularly, with any of the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.4. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of the above official respondents to proceed with the investigation, if any case is registered against the petitioners for cognizable offence.
