THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33778 of 2011 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon session on 15.07.2015, the matter was listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
