This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 to 4, requesting to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.390 of 2012 on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 420, 406, 506 of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 to 4, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it has come to light that the accused No.1 in the impugned C.C.No.390 of 2012 filed Criminal Petition No.4821 of 2016 before this Court and this Court, by order, dated 11.10.2017, allowed that Criminal Petition in part, quashing the cognizance taken for the offences under Sections 420, 406 & 506 of I.P.C. against the accused No.1, and retained the offences under Section 498-A of I.P.C. and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, and directed the trial Court to consider the case of accused No.1 as per the guidelines of the Apex Court in Raj esh Sh ar m a Vs. St at e of Ut t ar Pr adesh 1. As per the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioners/ A.2 to A.4, there are allegations constituting offences under Section 498-A of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, against the 1 2017(2) ALT Crl. 393 (SC)

petitioners/ A.2 to A.4. Under these circumstances, it is appropriate to direct the trial Court to consider the case of the petitioners/ A.2 to A.4 as per the guidelines of the Apex Court in Raj esh Sh ar m a's case supra.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
