ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief - ".....Issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in insisting and deducting the Crop Insurance Premium from petitioners, while disbursing / repaying the crop loan for the year 2011-2012 for the Kariff season against their will and consent, as illegal, arbitrary and unjustified and consequently direct the Respondents not to insist to deduct/collect Insurance Premium from

the Petitioners while disbursing/repaying the loan amounts, and pass...."

In as much as the writ petition relates to rebate that is sought to be deducted for the crop year 2011-2012 and considering the fact that pending disposal of the writ petition this Court by order dated 27.07.2011 directed the respondents not to deduct the crop insurance premium from the petitioners/Members, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
