This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief - " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased issue a Writ, Order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent for not doing proper enquiry or investigation in Crime No.272/2014 dated 22.4.2014 on the file of Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal Urban, Warangal District is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice guaranteed under Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to do proper enquiry into the matter and take appropriate action against 3rd respondent, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, written instructions dated 24.7.2015

furnished by the Station House Officer, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal District has been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the relevant portion of the same reads as under :

" The investigation was completed. Permission was also obtained from the higher-ups to refer the complaint of the petitioner-complainant as civil in nature. After following the due process of law, final report under section 173 Cr.P.C. was also filed before the Hon'ble Court of VI Addl. Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal vide Sr.No.4218/2015 dated 23.7.2015. The same is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Court."

Noticing the said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner requests to dispose of the writ petition by recording the above written instructions dated 24.7.2015. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of by recording the above written instructions dated 24.7.2015 furnished by the Station House Officer, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal District. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
