No ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Vilas V. Afzulpurkar)
This contempt case is filed alleging that the order of this Court in PIl.No.421 of 2012 dated 22.01.2013 is not complied with. The operative portion of the order is as under: "4. The learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the Central Government also submitted before us that they will take necessary steps in the matter and the authorities have already issued a circular and that they will see that the circular will be implemented by all the Central Government Hospitals strictly.
5. In view of the above, this public interest litigation is disposed of recording the statement and the assurance given on behalf of the Central Government. No costs."
2. On the last occasion, learned Assistant Solicitor General placed before us the counter affidavit with documents.
3. However, since we were not satisfied, we had directed the learned Assistant Solicitor General to produce the circulars referred to in the counter affidavit. Accordingly, two circulars viz. circular dated 21.12.2015 and 29.01.2016 are placed before us. A reading of the said circulars, in our view, shows substantial compliance with the directions issued by this Court. Hence, the contempt case does not deserve to be pursued further and accordingly, closed. However, if there is any individual grievance of any of the senior citizens with regard to the facilities of CGHS Dispensary, they are at liberty to ventilate their grievance separately. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
