In view of the letter, dated 06.01.2017 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
