Petitioner challenges the proceedings in R.C.F./ 2154/ 2013 dated 06.11.2013 and consequential appointment vide proceedings R.Dis.F/ 5815/ 2016 dated 14.09.2016 as fair price shop dealer of subject shop as illegal and arbitrary 3.

Counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal against the orders impugned in the writ petition.
