This Criminal Petition is filed try the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C-C'No'4646 of 2022 on the file of the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad (for short, "the trial Court")' 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners' Heard Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State and Mr.Lakshmi Naravana, learned counsel representing Mr-M.A.K.Mukheed, learned counsel for respondent No.2. Perused the record.

There was no representation on behalf ol the petitioners on 20.12.2022, 27.12.2022, 2s.o4.2024, ls-o2-2025 and 2O.O2.2O25. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, in spite of listing the matter under the caption, "for dismissal". This shows that the petitioners are not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.
