When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions dated 12.10.2019, submits that since investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed and the case was numbered as C.C.No.704 of 2019, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
