HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Writ Petition No.30090 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2016, whereby the petitioner seeks enhancement of the compensation for the land acquired in an extent of 424 sq. yards of site in Plot No.12 in Sy.No.86/ 2 of Gollaprolu Village & Mandal, East Godavari District.

2. Notice issued to the respondents and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (AP), accepted the notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 and submits that the orders of the Government appointing the Arbitrator has been received recently, but the detailed guidelines are yet to be received in this regard from the Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, New Delhi. He further submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the Arbitrator in due course of time.

3. Keeping in view of the averments made in the writ petition and the statement made by the learned Government Pleader for the aforesaid respondents, I hereby direct the respondents to refer the representation dated 27.06.2016 filed by the petitioner for enhancement of the compensation, to the Arbitrator, within two weeks from today, by making the guidelines to this effect.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
