HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.30574 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by action of respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with life and liberty of the petitioners, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, which goes to show that basing on the complaint of one Smt.Jyothi Kanchu, a case in Cr.No.132 of 2018 was registered against one Yajneswari Badam @ Vigneswari and Chandra Sekhar Badam, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 5 of Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, 1999, who is mother of the 1st petitioner and son-in-law and mother-in-law of the 2nd petitioner respectively and when statements of LWs 4 and 5 were recorded in the said crime, the role of the petitioners found place. As such, the investigating officer deputed the staff to the house of petitioners for serving notice, but they were not available in the house. The petitioners instead of cooperating with the investigating agency, filed the present petition.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners except in accordance with law. However, this order will not preclude the respondent-police from investigating into any offence. As a sequel to the disposal

of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
