THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO. 1949 OF 2013 ORDER:

The operation of the order passed by the learned Single Judge which gave rise to the present contempt case has since been suspended by a Division Bench in appeal. Hence, the present contempt case cannot be dealt with any further. Hence, the present contempt case is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
