This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to award interest on the market value, solatium and additional market value from the date of Award dated 2-12-1981 date of taking possession to the date of realization instead of from the date of applications dated 16-7-1987 on par with the Judgment and decree of the Sub Ordinate Judge, Rajampet, Kadapa District passed in LAOP.No.4/ 1986 and batch cases dated 30-4-1987 and pay the same to the petitioners herein."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in GOVERNMENT OF A.P., REPRESENTED BY I TS SECRETARY v. MUSALI KOPPU JANARDHAN AND OTHERS 1 3.

Following the above said judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
