THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12703 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner contends that an enquiry for rectification of entries in the revenue records is pending before the 4th respondent in File No.B/1846/2012 and in spite of representations made by the petitioner on 17.02.2016 to the 4th respondent, no action is being taken by the 4th respondent to conclude the said enquiry. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will complete the said enquiry within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and will communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to complete the enquiry in File No.B/1846/2012 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
