ORDER: (Per VVA, J) Heard.

2. This writ petition is directed against the order, dated 13.05.2015 passed by A.P. Administrative Tribunal in issuing notice on admission in O.A.No.2513 of 2015.

3. We are, however, of the view that for exercising jurisdiction by this court, an order passed by the Tribunal issuing notice before admission cannot form basis for the writ petition before this court. Since the Tribunal has already posted the matter after Summer Vacation, let the OA be considered and disposed of on merits. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as not maintainable. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
