This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in issuing the demand notice dated 26.02.2015 and notice dated 09.02.2015 to the petitioners purporting to levy advertisement fee on them, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.23354 of 2008 and batch dated 31.12.2009 and the same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.

3. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 31.12.2009 in W.P.Nos.23354 of 2008 and batch. No order as to costs.
