On instructions, learned standing counsel submits that respondents received complaint on 07.11.2016 against unauthorized use and utilization of power supply to S.C.No.3231332000060 by petitioner. Therefore, the power supply to the service connection has been disrupted. Learned standing counsel submits that the power supply to the service connection will be restored and a comprehensive decision on the alleged misuse of power supply by petitioner will be taken within four (4) weeks from today.
The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
