Heard Ms.S.Pranathi for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

The petitioner challenges altering Sections in FIR 29/ 2013 registered on 27.01.2013 from Sections 341, 332, 506 read with 34 IPC to Section 3(1) (x) of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989, as illegal and arbitrary.

The respondents no doubt have not filed the counter affidavit. But the fact of the matter is FIR No.29/ 2013 is now committed to Sessions in S.C. No.30 of 2016.

Since the matter is pending before VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Eluru, this Court does not want to look at the alleged altering of Sections by respondents 3 and 4. The petitioner can raise all the objections in the pending Sessions case. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
