Appellants 1 and 2 and second respondent are present along with their counsel. Memorandum of compromise is read over to both parties and they agreed for compromise. S.A.M.P.No.804 of 2017 in S.A.No.298 of 2016 is ordered.

In view of the Memorandum of compromise, the appeal is allowed in terms of compromise and the compromise is only related to the subject matter of the second appeal.
