This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 18.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.1150 of 2015 in O.S.No.33 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. As per the office note, the First Appellate Court disposed of the appeal on 16.03.2017.

In view of the disposal of the appeal, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
