COUNSEL FOR THE PETITIONER : SRI P.VISHNUVARDHAN REDDY COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENTS : AGP FOR REVENUE (TS) THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20428 of 2015

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.1 in not disposing the Appeal Dt. 30.6.2015 including stay petition filed by the petitioner against the Proceedings in Rc.No.B/6825/2011, Dt.

20.6.2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, and unreasonable and consequently direct the respondents to dispose of the appeal including granting of stay order on the petition filed by the petitioner."

A perusal of the record shows that chronology of events filed by the petitioner is cryptic and laconic and the same is not in conformity with the Writ Rules.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper chronology of events. As a sequel to dismissal of writ petition, WPMP.No.26324 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.

C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 6th JULY, 2015.
