HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8603 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioners for being absorbed into aided post of Zoology and Chemistry existing vacant as on today in the 4th respondent college while continuing the petitioners in unaided post of Lecturer in Zoology and Chemistry inspite of selection of the petitioners through regular selection committee in the year 2002 and further action of the 1st respondent in issuing G.O.Ms.No.35, dated 27.03.2006 imposing ban on filling up of aided vacancies indefinitely, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court on 27.04.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.14231 of 2012, the respondents issued proceedings dated 29.05.2012 and in view of the same, petitioners does not want to press the writ petition and seeks liberty to challenge the said proceedings.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 29.05.2012. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
