Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records of Ghatkesar Revenue Mandal, in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.01.36 guntas in Sy.No. 126/ A, situated at Yamunapet Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, including issuance of title deed in pursuance of the representation made by the petitioner on 19.06.2018.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4.

The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the application of the petitioner is in accordance with law, the same would be considered by the respondents, at the earliest. 5.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.06.2018, for mutation of his name in

the revenue records and pass appropriate orders therein, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of eight to ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
