Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the fact that it is a case relating to land dispute between the parties, the investigation shall go on. However, the Police of Maheshwaram Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
