Sri Sreekanth Reddy Ambati, learned counsel for the petitioners in these two cases, addressed individual letters dated 17.06.2015 to the Registry stating that a fresh cause of action arose due to subsequent events and that his clients instructed him to withdraw the writ petitions.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
