HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.30516 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 5 in proceeding with the selection of the aided posts for respondent No.7-school under the guidance of respondent No.8-committee headed by respondent No.9 pending disposal of OP.No.1302 of 2017 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Guntur, filed challenging the election of 8th respondent-committee and by-laws of the Society. Admittedly the petitioner has availed the remedy of filing O.P.No.1302 of 2017, now again the present writ petition is filed. The petitioner cannot avail two parallel remedies simultaneously i.e. one by filing above O.P. and other by filing writ petition. The only remedy left to the petitioner is to obtain appropriate orders in above O.P. in accordance with law. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 29-08-2018 Nvl
