COMMON ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for first respondentAP TRANSCO and Sri M.Ravindra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4- APEPDCL.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioners so also by learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the subject matter of present Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 25223 of 2015 and Batch, dated 12.08.2015, operative portion of which reads as follows:

In the circumstances, this Court sees no reason to interfere with the impugned provisional assessment notices, as no ground is made out. However, the respondents are directed to refer the matter to the Special Court constituted under Section 154(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for determination of civil liability and till such time, the respondents shall not disconnect the electricity connection or demand the payment of balance amount. The amount deposited by the petitioners shall be subject to final amount determined by the Special Court. "
Following the aforesaid decision of this Court and for the reasons stated therein, the present Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms thereof.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petitions shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
