THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 395 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 19.04.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.19352/2014 wherein and whereby this Court by setting aside the impugned order therein dated 16.06.2014 directed the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of 'No Objection Certificate' for establishment of new MS & HSD retail outlet in Survey No.599, situated at Kohir Village and Mandal, Medak District, in accordance with law after considering the objection of the 9th respondent, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced copy of the proceedings dated 25.02.2017, stating that the application of the petitioner was considered and rejected.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, I do not see any violation of the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 25.02.2017. No order as to costs.
